We congratulate Holger Bodendorf on being named “Hotelier of the Year 2023”. At the 26th Busche Gala on 6 November 2023, he was honoured as the best of the best in the hospitality industry at the kursaal³ in Wenningstedt in Sylt. The awards, presented once a year by the Schlemmer Atlas and Schlummer Atlas editorial teams, honour personalities and companies that have made a pioneering contribution to the world of hospitality. Holger Bodendorf’s passion for what he does was just as noticeable as his open, charming and friendly manner. True to his motto “Set the bar high – and then jump over it with a smile”, he was the star of the day and evening.
With our ANDALÖ aperitif, we sponsored the subsequent “Diamond Night”, the after-show party with around 400 guests at the 5-star Hotel & Spa Landhaus Stricker on Sylt, the place where Holger Bodendorf works as Managing Director and Grand Chef. There, we toasted his success with one of his favourite drinks: a fruity, fresh ANDALÖ Spritz. The lucky winners celebrated with well-known personalities from film, TV and entertainment until the early hours of the morning.
The hotel’s cosy restaurant SIEBZEHN84 and the gourmet restaurant & bar BODENDORFS serve creative cuisine of the highest standard. Holger Bodendorf and his team spoil their guests with authentic, modern Nordic culinary highlights. The Michelin-starred chef focusses on quality and regionality, including the drinks on offer. Our Nordic aperitif ANDALÖ proudly accompanies them on this culinary journey.
