Every year, the official Kieler Woche Cocktail is created as part of the BAR-SCHUL-CUP, a young talent competition with trainees from the hotel and catering industry. In the additional module, the students learn valuable tools of the trade relating to delicious drinks, creative cocktails and high-quality ingredients.
In the final competition, they compete with their own creations to be crowned the official Kieler Woche cocktail. This year's winner: "Tea Time" by Simeon Fuhr carries the soul of North German cultural heritage. High-quality and special ingredients from Behn are a must.
